To make the Ushatini, combine all the ingredients in a bowl then toss well to mix.
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- Fresh green chilli, sliced (add to taste)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs white vinegar
